Prayer after Communion
At the Post Communion-Catholic Mass Prayer
We give Thee thanks, O God,
for Thy mercy,
in admitting us to have a part in offering
this sacrifice to Thy holy name;
accept it now to Thy glory,
and be ever mindful of our weakness.
Most gracious God, Father of mercy,
grant, I beseech Thee,
that this adorable sacrifice
of the blessed Body and Blood of Thy Son,
our Lord Jesus Christ,
may obtain for us,
at Thy hands, mercy,
and the remission of all our sins.
Amen.
At the Post Communion is a prayer that can be said at the Catholic Mass after receiving Holy Communion. We thank for His mercy in allowing us to receive His Body and Blood in the Eucharist. We ask Him to grant us mercy and the remission of all of our sins.

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
