A John 17: 17-26 Prayer

Prayer based on John 17: 17-26
Lord Jesus, You asked the Father to consecrate your apostles in the Truth. “Your word is truth.”
God the Father sent You into the world and You sent them into the world to share Your Truth with the world so that everyone could come to know You and be united with You and God the Father.
You prayed for Your apostles and “for those who will believe in me through their word.” Thank You, Jesus, for praying for me. May I be one in You as You hope. May I share You with the world so that more people may come to know You and others may know You better.
May I know You better, as I understand that You are in me and desire to be one with each person whom You have created, that the love with which the Father loved You may be in each person.
May You be in me as well. May I seek You and receive You in the Sacraments and in Your Word.
Thank You, Lord, for Your love and care for me. May I keep You and Your great love for me in the forefront of my life.
Amen
