The intentions are divided into different categories for easy reference. Use any of them as they are or change them to suit you.

Prayer Intentions for Myself
You may notice that myself is listed first. Do you forget to pray for yourself? Aside from praying, “God, please help me,” when we are almost at the end of our rope, we can neglect to pray for ourselves. We are part of our family. Just as we need to take care of our families and pray for them, we need to pray for ourselves as well.
Our spiritual health is vital. When our goal is Heaven, we need to live our lives accordingly.

Prayer Intentions for Your Spouse
You and your spouse are co-partners in the sacrament of marriage. One of your responsibilities is to help each other get to Heaven. Praying for your spouse is so important!
