Lord, Have Mercy is a Prayer during the Catholic Mass
Lord, Have Mercy
Lord, have mercy.
Christ, have mercy.
Lord, have mercy.
Kyrie, Eleison
Kyrie, eleison.
Christe, eleison.
Kyrie, eleison.
In our Catholic faith, after we pray the Confiteor during Mass, asking God to forgive us our sins, we pray Lord, Have Mercy. In asking God for His mercy, we acknowledge that He is God and He alone has the power to forgive our sins and grant us mercy and eternal life. May we always seek his mercy. The Kyrie, Eleison prayer is Lord, Have Mercy prayer in Greek. Sometimes this is the version that we pray during Mass.
If you are looking for more prayers to help you grow closer to our Lord you can find more in the Prayers section. There is also a section focused on Mass Prayers.

Thank you for asking. Lord, Have Mercy is a prayer you can pray at any time.
During the Catholic Mass it is prayed after we tell God we are sorry for our sins and pray the Confiteor prayer.

I’ve found praying “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner” to be helpful, too.
Mary says
That is a beautiful, humble prayer. Thank you.
