Lent Resources for Catholics to Help You Have a Meaningful Lent
Each year, Lent is a new opportunity to grow in faith. Lent in the Church is like New Year’s Day at the start of a new year. It is a time of excitement at the opportunity to grow deeper in your faith, and it may also cause some hesitation if you don’t know how you want to spend your time Lent. Do you want to spend more time in prayer or do more acts of service? Do you want to just pick one thing to do, or do you want to do several different things (and hopefully not burn out)?
As we approach Ash Wednesday, you have the opportunity to think about how you want to spend Lent this year. Taking a little bit of time to plan now will help you to be prepared when Lent begins. There are many Catholic Lent resources available to help you have a meaningful Lent.
The Lenten Planner can also help you define how you will spend your Lent.

Lent is a period in our Liturgical year when we prepare our hearts and minds to celebrate Jesus' Resurrection at Easter. During Lent, we can be spiritually in the desert with Him, preparing our hearts for the moment of His suffering, death, and Resurrection. May we take the time to prepare during Lent, to learn and to grow in our faith.
